Lundquist Caplon Ltd.(556623-9231) is the official operator for ALEXANDRE by VC and Virginie by VC. The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases at the online shop virginiecaplon.se.

Delivery

All deliveries within Europe are free of charge. In case of a return, the shipping cost is paid by yourself as a customer. Normally it takes 1-3 days to deliver within Sweden and 3-6 days within Europe while some products may take longer time due to a peak season or a high workload. You receive a confirmation e-mail when the goods is sent out. Please contact our Customer Service if you have not received the goods after 3 working days. All deliveries are sent via Schenker or post service to your local collection office. A package which is not picked up is automatically registered as uncollected package thus a charge of 249kr will be levied. This corresponds to the costs that cause us to both send out and return the package. If you regret of the purchase after we have sent it out, you have to pick up the package from your local collection office before your send it back to us.
For purchases to a recipient outside of Europe, the delivery time is 5-10 days and shipping cost is 9 EUR which will be removed if purchase amount is over 70 EUR.

Payment Terms and Conditions

The 25% value added tax is included in all prices for recipient within European Union. And for a recipient outside European Union the value added tax is not included. There is no extra fee added other than the prices of products upon completion of your purchase (besides the shipping cost for outside Europe on orders below 70 Euro). You can pay easily and safely through card payment, with which we accept both VISA and Mastercard. There is no transaction fee added when you pay by card. Card payment is encrypted by a secure protocal called SSL(Secure Socket Layer), where card information is not stored, but transmitted directly to DIBS. Dibs Internet is a leading Nordic provider of internet payment solutions.
Minors(under the age of 18) shall not conduct a purchase unless a guardian approves so.

Returns

What we pursue at Virginie Caplon is that you are satisfied with the product purchased. Therefore you always have the right of withdrawl within 14 days (i.e. the returned goods arrives to us within 14 days after the receipt). The only requirement is that the goods is returned in the same condition as it was when you received it, which means it is not used. Remember to enclose the original packing. Products which are sealed should remain sealed as it is part of the right of withdrawl.

You will obtain a return number which shall be attached on the envelope of the goods-to-return.
Please enclose your bankgiro or postgiro number if you wish to have the returned amount deposited there.
Make sure to leave your contact information so that we are able to reach you in case of any queries.
You are more than welcome to specify, if you would like to, the reason for the return. It will help us to be even better!
You as a customer shall arrange the return shipping yourself, as well as the insurance, if any.

Reclamation

We ensure that the products you ordered are free from defect when sent for delivery. Should you receive a wrong product or a product with any flaw, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible without exceeding 14 days. Of course we take care of the shipping cost for a wrong delivery or reclamation.
However, please be aware that we use selected semi-precious stones on most of our products, where some of the stones are unique. It adds a unique style to your jewelry.
Please note: Always contact Customer Service info@virginiecaplon.se to acquire a reply with an authorized return number before you send the goods-to-return or goods -to-reclaim.

On the occasion of a valid reclamation, Virginie Caplon takes the responsibilities for the package to be shipped back and the replacement delivery. The defect product will be replaced with a new and intact product. In case of invalid reclamation, where a mistake cannot be proved, a fee of 200kr and a round-trip shipping cost will be charged.

Other Clarifications

We reserve the rights on a product which may be out of stock temporarily or permanently, possible price error which can occur, as well as writing mistakes at the web-shop.
Things can happen that some of the products you order is out of stock and thus they are backordered. This is due to either lack of stock or a delayed delivery from our supplier. In this case we will email you within 1-3 days. Contact us if you would like to cancel the backorder or if you wonder about delivery time etc.
We reserve the right to clarify that not all the pictures reflect exactly the colours of our products since screens and settings vary from computers and mobile devices.

We handle all the personal data in accordance with The Personal Data Act (1988:204), PUL. Virginie Caplon promises none of customers’ information shall be sold or used for a third party’s promotion. We use merely your e-mail address to communicate with you about your order.
